  • EMA Structures holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance, each up to £1 million. EMA Structures does not accept liability for losses beyond the insurance limit, and EMA Engineering Group Ltd is not liable for any indirect damages or losses.

7. Payment Terms

  • Invoices must be paid in full by the due date specified. Late payments will incur interest at statutory rates, and any unpaid invoices may lead to further collection action, including court proceedings.

8. Cancellation and Termination
